Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel in Luzern was great! The rooms were incredibly hot in the morning with no AC, but they were clean and the location was perfect for exploring the lively area of Luzern. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely Peruvian restaurant in the hotel. The location was convenient, within walking distance of everything, but I might consider other options at the same price point for more comfort. Dining was basic and lacked variety. Despite some drawbacks, overall, it was a pleasant stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy but felt a bit small for the price, especially with the additional charge. The service was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to the Old Town and main attractions. However, the dining options were limited, and the breakfast didn't meet my expectations.
The hotel is conveniently located near all the restaurants and night life in Luzern, providing a nice relaxing atmosphere on the patio or in the room. However, the rooms lack proper wifi connectivity and are not as well-lit as the bathrooms at the end of the corridor.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the bright and airy rooms that overlooked the patio where I could relax with a drink. The bathroom was spotless and fully functional, just like the rooms in the website photos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, making my experience truly delightful. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and considering the location right next to the old town, I may explore other options for my next stay.
